Hebrews 1:9 "You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therfore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions."
Jesus was perfect for his whole life and this verse is pointing directly to that. Jesus hated sin but loved righteousness. Not only does this verse say that Jesus Christ lived a sinless, perfect, upright, and divine life. But it also says that he had more joy and gladness than any other man or "companion." Jesus had no separation from God until he took our sins upon him on the cross and therefore was filled with joy and gladness from God the father for his life time. We experience this to an extant when we are walking with God; the joy of Christ, and in heaven, we will fully experience it because we will have no separation from God.
