Hebrews 2:7 "You made him for a little while lower than the angels; you have crowned him with glory and honor."
Jesus was in fact made lower than angels at the moment when God's wrath was taken out on him on the cross. But although he was lower than angels and his perfection was temporarily obsured and fogged up because of our sins, Jesus, none the less, was taken into God's kingdom after he payed the price for our sins and is treated with praise, glory, and honor forever in God's kingdom.
